Courses and events cancellations, refunds and transfers

In the event that you need to cancel a booking less than 24 hours prior to the start of a course or event please call or text 07746 18 59 27

Please note that:

• If you cancel a booking more than 2 weeks prior to the start of a course/event we will refund your fees, less a £15 administration charge.

• If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks prior to the course/event we will not normally make refunds. However if the cancellation is due to an illness, medical condition or other exceptional circumstances we will normally refund fees provided that you let us know before the start of course/event, again any refunds will be less a £15 administration charge.

• We may offer you a transfer to another course/event, subject to a £15 administration charge.

• In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel a course or event, or have to cancel your booking for any other reason, we will refund your fees in full.
