Volunteering with Brighton Permaculture Trust
Do you want to join the team of people who make Brighton Permaculture Trust the dynamic organisation that it is?
A friendly team of dedicated enthusiasts run the organisation, much of the work being voluntary. Opportunities for involvement include:
• Trusteeship
• Financial
• Fundraising
• Secretarial
• Administration
• Course tutors
• Helping out at courses and events
• Hands on practical work on demonstration sites
As yet Brighton Permaculture Trust has no formal volunteer support structure so our team are all self-managed and self-motivated. Office work is usually home based and most communication is carried out by email assisted by our developing on-line office.
An understanding of permaculture and issues relating to sustainability are useful but not essential for all roles.
